Providence Children's Museum

Led a design charette where renowned designers, museum leaders, and educators conducted empathy interviews with parents, kids, grandparents, and teachers and co-designed future museum experiences. The event culimnated with a storytelling session with donors and board members.

The Millennial Money Project

Taught Design Thinking to interns from MassChallenge, a start-up accelerator program. The team conducted empathy interviews with college students, and the insights validated the college engagement strategy for the Fidelity Young Investor team.

Facilitated two-hour crash courses across a diverse set of business units. These sessions are designed to give participants an end-to-end learning experience. Participants learn by reimaging a typical household experience (e.g., dinner, laundry). 

 Design for Social Innovation

Co-facilitated a thought leadership workshop with 50+ social sector leaders and city officials. Participants created prototypes of new city experience and a learned about how the Cambridge School Design Lab is incubating projects with high schoolers.

Workforce of the Future

Designed, moderated and provided thought leadership in a series of sessions with a group of 40 cross-functional leaders tasked with developing ideas to modernize the workplace. I also designed and facilitated sessions for hiring more women into investment roles.

Associate Experience

Led the strategy and execution for integrating Design Thinking into the end-to-end associate new hire initiative. Work led to the development of a mobile app for all new employees across the firm and a specialized concierge experience for Asset Management new hires.

Points of Light Foundation

Served as skills-based volunteer for the executives from Points of Light Foundation (established by George H. W. Bush) and Hands-On Network. Designed and facilitated two executive retreats focused on creating new products and services for national affiliates.
